Zero Cool Terms and Conditions
If you wish to cancel an order lease contact us as soon as possible, if the item has not been dispatched we will issue a refund, if it has already been dispatched you will need to return the item in it's original condition before a refund is issued.
All artwork will be sent via a guaranteed courier service.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Shipping charges vary depending on the artwork and the delivery address but will be clearly stated before any purchase is made.
Once you have received your purchase if you are in anyway unhappy with it please contact us via email or telephone within 48 hours.
All damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of the goods being received.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Zero Cool, please contact us via email or telephone if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase.
We will endeavour to replace any unsatisfactory items and if no appropriate substitution can be found then a full refund will be issued upon return of the item.
Personal data is only kept for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders – information stored could include Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses, this information will not be passed on to any third parties.
Credit Card details are not kept by Zero Cool, card details are securely delivered directly to our bank account via the secure Protx Online Payment System.
All payments are taken in UK Pound Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate.
